Я только устраиваюсь на работу. Опыта работы нет, еще учусь на эколога, 5 курс. Мне предложили должность эколога-экономиста (назовем ее так!). Работа заключается в том чтобы выезжать на предприятия и оценивать стоимость экологических проектов ( " Проект нормативов ПДВ", "ПНООРЛ" и т.д.). Подскажите как это делать и чем руководствоваться при оценке стоимости? Какие пособия по этой теме почитать?

Например, для разработки стоимости "ПНООЛР" существуют специальные каталоги, где прописаны классы опасности отходов, цены на утилизацию того или иного отхода.
Т. е. цена будет, зависит от вещества, выброшенного в окружающую среду.

Так же в каждой компании есть испытательный срок, в течение которого вас обучают работать и наблюдают, как вы с этим справляетесь. Так что желаю удачи в выбранной вами профессии.

Спасибо за помощь, туда куда я устраиваюсь меня не стажируют, к сожалению. Подскажите где найти эти специальные каталоги и как они точно называются. Теперь с выбросами понятно, а как оценивать стоимость такие проекты как разработка бурения скважин с целью добычи п/и, платежи за негативное воздействие, работы по оценке запасов питьевых подземных вод, разработка раздела "Перечень мероприятий по охране окружающей среды"?

Есть множество курсов от 1 дня до двух недель, где учат работать с экологическими компьютерными программами, например "Эколог", "Отходы", "ПДС - эколог" вы можете выбрать то, что вам нужно! Естественно эти курсы не бесплатные!

Посмотрите вот этот документ: МРР 3.2.43.02-07 "Методика определения стоимости работ по экологическому сопровождению проектно-инвестиционной деятельности в городе Москве". Из этого же документа есть ссылки и на другие методические рекомендации по расчету ценообразования проектных работ.
